The school did a trip to Salerne in south France. We worked with landscape painting. I mainly painted from the balcony of the hotel. We also visited some museums and Chapelle du Rosaire de Vence, a small chapel decorated and designed by Henri Matisse. It made a great impression on me, and I think I got a small portion of the Stendhal syndrome. I actually got quite dizzy and almost nausea.
